Unsafe Premises
Our firm represents individuals who have been injured while on another person or business's land. Premises liability encompasses a variety of claims, including but not limited to injuries sustained in elevator, building corridors, and outside on private or public land. "Slip and Fall" describes the type of injury suffered on someone else's property as a result of a defect, slippery substance, or other dangerous condition. These injuries commonly occur at supermarkets and restaurants due to food on the floor. The general rule of law is that the owner or operator of the premises has a duty to keep the premises in reasonably safe condition or at least warn customers of a dangerous condition of which the owner or operator either caused, knows about, or should know about.
