The Ausband Firm was started in 1995 with its principal office in Atlanta, GA. In 1998, the firm opened an office in Stockbridge, GA.
The firm specializes in and is dedicated to the successful representation of people who have been injured and families who suffered the loss of a loved one due the negligence or carelessness of others.

Andrew C. Ausband started this firm after working for a large Atlanta law firm representing corporations, insurance companies, and asbestos manufacturers. After five years of representing some of the country's largest corporations and institutions, Mr. Ausband realized that his passion and true interest is helping individuals who had suffered unnecessarily due to the careless or reckless act caused by the large and powerful corporations. That experience in working for the other side has helped The Ausband Firm immeasurably in its mission to represent its clients fully, unconditionally, and seek the justice that they deserve.
Since this firms inception in 1995, The Ausband Firm has represented clients in some of the largest personal injury cases across the state of Georgia.
